Join CASA of Tulare County at the Independence Day Fireworks Community Festival at Groppetti Stadium. This FREE community event will have water slides, swimming pool access, a hot dog eating contest, raffles, a dunk tank and delicious food from Gaby's Hot Dogs, Riba's Kitchen, Big Kahuna Hawaiian Shave Ice Visalia, Kettle Queen kettle corn, and of course * FIREWORKS *! The fun starts at 2:00PM, with access to the pool, water slides, food booths and other activities. The Fireworks Spectacular will begin at approximately 8:30PM. Spectators can anticipate the skies over northeast to burst with color and great booms and to be seen and heard from miles. Picnicking is permitted, but no barbecuing, tailgating, glass containers, tent canopies or personal fireworks will be allowed.
