The Service Appointment Coordinator helps customers with the scheduling of maintenance and repair of their vehicle. He or she answers the incoming calls, notates the customers' needs and schedules the appointment. The Service Coordinator will also make outbound calls to service customers.
The ideal candidate has some previous phone or customer service experience and good computer skills. He or she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.
  • Presents needed repairs and value of doing so
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follows Manufacture guidelines and warranty rules
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Must be computer literate
