Description
The Rabobank, N.A. Loan Administrator Manager is primarily engaged in supervision of assigned employees delivering on the business partners expectations for timely, accurate and complete loan documents. This position may also provide support on an office's key accounts and/or most complex transactions.
Requirements
  • The LA Manager shall be primarily engaged in supervision of assigned employees delivering on the business partners expectations for timely, accurate and complete loan documents. This position may also provide support on an office's key accounts and/or most complex transactions.
  • Ability to provide coaching and leadership to employees while demonstrating solid business understanding and the proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, compile and interpret results, and report and present strategies and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables
  • Must be a motivated self-starter who can independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to supervise others, as well as capability to provide performance coaching and effective employee goal setting. Ability to disseminate information and guidelines clearly to employees and check for understanding.

Job Complexity
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and business partners to determine the appropriate strategy and communicate back to deal team leader.
  • Fosters effective team work by proactively sharing information and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders including: project management, development, sales, and finance for timely delivery of opportunities from idea to revenue recognition.
  • Performs all other job duties as assigned by supervisor or requested by the deal team.
  • Primarily engaged in supervision of assigned employees delivering on the business partners expectations for timely, accurate and complete loan documents.
  • Main scope of work will be on complex transactions including F&A and REIG LOB
  • May support either F&A or REIG transactions with outside counsel
  • Will be responsible to organize workflow and provide on-the-job training for direct reports

Supervision
  • Primarily engaged in supervision of assigned employees delivering on the business partners expectations for timely, accurate and complete loan documents.
  • Resolves complex and non-routine work problems.
  • May function as lead for department, and/or may supervise other staff.
  • Due to the high degree of risk associated with legal documentation, this position will be responsible for quality review of teams work.

Willing to travel - will have direct reports in Yuba City, Napa & Santa Rosa

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant experience required.
  • 5-15 years' experience preferred in commercial lending.
  • Some experience managing teams required.
  • Prior experience in complex problem solving.
  • Ability to work as a team member across business lines.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Word, Outlook and Excel required.
  • Must possess good human relations and communication skills and ability to exercise good judgment. Needs to be able to work well under time constraints.
  • Have knowledge of diversified production agriculture and livestock enterprises. Experienced in understanding complex loan and organizational structures.
  • Experienced in loan documentation including the perfection of liens primarily on crops, livestock, inventory, machinery, real property, and real estate in assigned territory.
