Position: Commercial Lines Account Coordinator

Department: Commercial Lines Division

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: DOE (Depends on Experience)

 

Summary Description:

 

Candidate will be responsible for commercial lines servicing, policy entry, endorsements, remarketing, renewal processing, rating and billing. Maintains relations with our customers, clients and carrier underwriters. Problem solving and advocating on behalf of our insureds. Answering telephone inquiries & referring phone calls. Contributes to team effort by assisting insurance agents/ producers.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

High School Diploma- Required

At Least2-3 years of Commercial Lines insurance agency/ brokerage experience

An Active Fire & Casualty License

Exceptional customer service skills (Minimum 2 years)

Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times

Outstanding verbal/ written communication skills with individuals at all levels, both within and outside of the agency

Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems including Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to learn new systems easily

Ability to perform large work volumes with constant product and market changes with a high degrees of accuracy

Ability to work with our clients individually and as a team

Physical ability to sit for long periods of time
