Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social media.
  • Conduct research to understand potential clients' needs and tailor their outreach accordingly.
  • Assess the potential of leads by engaging in initial conversations and determining if they align with the company's ideal customer profile.
  • Schedule meetings or calls for the team with qualified prospects.
  • Track leads, manage interactions, and update information.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Maximize revenue opportunities with existing clients
  • Communicate customer and prospects pain points to the team and work on a strategy to address the issues
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is highly desirable

Essential Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in Outside Sales (B2B Sales), Business Development, or a related field is usually expected.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships and presenting strategies.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
