About Us

As the Community Action Agency for Tulare County, CSET's mission is to combat poverty by providing individuals, families, and communities with the resources, skills and opportunities to thrive. Our purpose is to reduce the causes of poverty. We envision healthy and safe communities where everyone has the opportunity to participate and be competitive in the challenging economy. CSET serves to reveal the greatness that is in everyone, by providing education and training, facilitating youth and community development, and creating job training and employment resources.
