Born and raised in Visalia, California, I'm proud to call this community my lifelong home. With nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, I opened the Karen Hughes State Farm Agency in 2011 with a passion for helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most and plan for their future.

At our agency, we believe insurance is about more than policies and premiums. It's about people, relationships, and having someone you trust when life happens. Our experienced, friendly team takes pride in providing personalized service, answering questions, and helping customers make informed decisions. With team members who speak both English and Spanish, we're committed to making insurance and financial services approachable and easy to understand.

We offer Auto, Life, Health, Motorcycle, and Pet Insurance, along with retirement and investment planning services. Our goal is to be a trusted resource for our customers through every stage of life.

Giving back to Visalia is especially important to me. I'm proud to be involved with the Visalia Chamber of Commerce and local organizations like the Jonah & Travis Drug Awareness Foundation.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband, our three amazing children, and our many family pets—including two fainting goats!

Visalia will always be home, and it's truly a privilege to serve the community I love.
